RiverWild is a subdivision of Mt. Bachelor Village. MBV is known for its incredible access to Mt. Bachelor as well as being located on the Deschutes River in the town of Bend. RiverWild has its own pool and hot tub for your use but it is closed right now, due to Covid-19. Stay tuned on that! Enjoy your stay at our River Wild home, in Mount Bachelor Village Resort in Bend, Oregon. We have traveled all over the world and we hope we learned what makes for a great vacation rental. River Wild is a subdivision of Mt. Bachelor Village. MBV is known for its incredible access to Mt. Bachelor as well as being located on the Deschutes River in the town of Bend. River Wild has its own Pool and clubhouse area for your use. There is a hot tub as well. The pool is located just a couple hundred feet from our front door. Easy to enjoy but no noise or distractions. River Wild is located 20 miles to Mt. Bachelor, a mile to Bend's Mill District, where shopping and dining is a fantastic diversion, less than 3 miles to downtown Bend where there are galleries, restaurants and fantastic shops and, best of all, you can be on the Deschutes River Trail in just minutes from your front door. This three bedroom, 2.5 bath home has everything you need to relax and enjoy all the outdoor activities nearby. Golf, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, rafting, biking...whatever you like to do, Bend is the place for you! And our home is perfectly situated to do it all. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen with Kitchen Aid stainless gas range, microwave, dishwasher and stove. The double refrigerator has an ice maker and water dispenser. We have outfitted the kitchen with a great coffee maker, brand new accessories and small appliances and the basics that will help you get started. There is an island with seating so you can enjoy a quick breakfast or a glass of wine while preparing your meal. We have a dining table adjacent to the kitchen as well for a more formal seating. Relax in the family room with gas fireplace and comfortable leather furniture. There are soaring ceilings and walls of windows so the room is light and bright. There are blankets for those cozy nights and books and games for your use. We have a great 40" "Smart TV" where you have access to cable TV (yes we have ESPN) or you can access your Netflix or Amazon account. We have a sound bar to allow you to watch movies in style. We have sleeping for 8.....Master on the main with king bed and private bath. Upstairs is a second master with a king bed and shared bath (this room has direct access to the bath). Kids room with twin over full bunk bed with a pullout twin trundle. There is also a portable sleeping pad for your convenience. All the beds have great linens and blankets so you'll feel at home....or at least comfortable. Best of all...we have an incredible wrap around porch with comfortable seating so you can enjoy the quiet beauty of Central Oregon. This is our favorite part of the house as we love to have coffee out here in the morning and sit and gaze up at the incredible stars at night. A large stainless steel grill is there for your convenience (natural gas). We even have a prep chopping block for you. We have tried to consider everything that you will need. We have plenty of towels, pool towels, games, books, even a puzzle or two. The kitchen stays stocked with what we feel are basics so you should not have to go and get a coffee filter or salt and pepper that first morning.The home is decorated by us to be a warm and inviting place. Riverwild is adjacent to the Deschutes River, it has a private trail down to access the river and is a great way to start you day! The trail can be accessed on the other side of the pool, at the end of the cup-de-sac. Walking and biking are the best ways to get around. Bend has a shuttle service also. Check out the web for details. We cannot allow parties or large gatherings of any kind at our home. River wild is a quiet community of full-time and part-time residents and we must respect everyone. We are a pet free, smoke free home, no exceptions.
