Our home is centrally located right outside of the Country Club with just a 2 minute drive to the Hospital, 2 miles from HHH starting line, and Downtown areas. You will have the entire home that is 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, full kitchen, dining, and living. 6 guests total for short term stays. Longterm stays we allow 3 guests unless arranged otherwise. The space We have traveled the world so our house is a direct reflection of the places we've been. Guest access There are a couple of rooms in the house that are locked. These spaces are private and nobody has access except for the owner. Other things to note Here are just a few additional rules: -If linens are soiled, stained, or bleached during your stay, you will be charged a $50 fee. If ruined, you will be expected to pay to replace it. -If anything is damaged in the property, you will be expected to pay for the items to be replaced. -Only guest(s) listed on the reservation may stay overnight or be on the property and in the home. This is for liability purposes and to ensure the safety of our guests. If we find out there were more guests than listed on the reservation, you will be charged accordingly. -Pets are not allowed. If we find out that an animal has been on the property there is a $500 charge. We have neighbors who keep a lookout on our property so please do not disrespect this policy as we want to maintain a clean environment as well as not cause any future guests to have allergies. -Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the house. If there is evidence of smoking on the property, you will be fined $500. When smoking outside please dispose of the cigarette butts properly. - Any doors or closets that are locked are not to be tampered with. If there is evidence that they are opened, you will be fined. Only the owner has keys to these spaces. -No parties allowed. Only guests on reservations are allowed on the property due to liability purposes. Our neighborhood is a quiet area with small cottage homes. Quiet hours begin at 10pm if you are using the backyard. We do this to respect our neighbors and ask that you honor it. If there is proof of a party at our property, you will be fined $500. We have neighbors who keep a lookout on our property so please do not disrespect any of these policies as we take pride in honesty as well as maintaining a safe environment for all of our guests. We require a refundable deposit for all stays and it will be refunded after the property has been checked. Both for long and shorter stays. Amount of deposit is dependent on length of stay. During extreme weather seasons (winter + summer) if the electricity or gas is used beyond normal use, the difference will be deducted from the deposit. Monthly bills are no more than $120 on the high end but if you desire to keep the home extra warm or extra cool, the difference will be covered with your deposit. Kilowatt usage during your stay can be estimated by the companies we work with so we will always be fair. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask.
