You can live like it's your own home by taking advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen and the comfortable furniture, while enjoying the large flat-screen television. The neighborhood is right on the edge of urban and suburban, so you'll get the best of both worlds. This home comes fully stocked with all linens & towels, and has all of the little things that you won't need to carry with you: hair dryers, irons, toiletries, etc. There are several restaurants, super markets and shopping walking distance from the home. NO CATS ALLOWED. There is also plenty of public transportation nearby. It is not a full-time vacation rental. It has recently been completely renovated. Our only fees are clearly listed in several places on this listing: There is a a one-time cleaning fee that covers the cleaning that occurs after you check out. NO CATS ALLOWED. Guests will be provided with nearly everything they need: linens, towels, kitchen soap, detergent, laundry machine, hair dryer, iron, etc. Please note that you MUST coordinate with us about what time you want to arrive at the house since other guests might be checking out on that same morning that you arrive. When Airbnb says that your check-in time is "flexible", they mean that we don't have a SET time; it doesn't mean that you can check in whenever you want. So please plan on getting our approval for your check-in time. Please request high chairs, pack-n-play cribs, and blow-up beds prior to arrival. We coordinate with all guests ahead of time to make sure their check-in is easy and stress-free. In some instances, we can meet guests at the house and give them a tour of the home and tell them about the restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. Check-in times must be coordinated prior to arrival to guarantee an exact check-in time. IMPORTANT: Airbnb recently removed the pet fee and told hosts that we have to collect it separately. This is difficult since people often use instant-book, but Airbnb doesn't seem to care. Therefore, we'll have to either collect the $99 pet fee separately, or tack it onto the Airbnb quote. Blame Airbnb for this inconvenience. Downtown There is an inexpensive bus system that will take you almost anywhere in the valley and this home is very close to several of the bus stops. WE HAVE NO HIDDEN FEES. Our only fees are clearly listed in several places on this listing: There is a a one-time cleaning fee which is clearly listed by Airbnb. Dogs are welcome, NO CATS ALLOWED, any other type of animal needs to be approved ahead of time. Conventions rates & holidays will override the standard rates shown, even if the convention dates change. Some convention dates are not input yet, and will apply regardless of reservations and inquiries made. Rates fluctuate automatically according to a computer-driven algorithm based on supply & demand. But don't worry, your rates will be locked in at the time you pay for your reservation, so if they go up or down, we will not charge you the difference or give you a refund. So no worries - we'll honor your original rates :-) We can provide one travel crib (pack n' play), one baby high-chair, and one self-inflating deluxe twin bed kit, free of charge on request. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided, but each additional item will cost $25 per stay. A baby stroller can be provided free of charge but we don't usually keep those at the house, so please request that ahead of time. Additional items that are requested ahead of time are almost always guaranteed, but any last-minute requests are not guaranteed.
