A modern 4-story townhouse located in Alicante's historic district, in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, with a large terrace with a barbecue/full outdoor kitchen and views of Santa Barbara Castle and Calle Toledo. Located an 8-minute walk from Postiguet Beach and Alicante's port, 6 minutes from the Central Market and a 1-minute walk from Plaza del Carmen A quiet area but close to bars, restaurants, leisure and culture that the city of Alicante offers. The space The house has a large fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. As we go up, we find another double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a small rest area with a sofa ideal for reading for a while and right next door, the last room with a toilet inside. Finally, the large terrace with kitchen and barbecue. It has two small tables for lunch or dinner and a sofa area to rest. Guest access The street is for residential use, we recommend not arriving by car at the door of the accommodation. There is a private parking lot called Parking Plaza San Cristóbal a 4-minute walk from the house and another called Parking Alfonso el Sabio an 8-minute walk from the accommodation. A car is not necessary if you are going to visit Alicante city, as you can easily walk through its streets and you can move from one point to another by bus, taxi... If your idea is to get to know the surrounding villages, you can do so by Tram or by the nearby train. The barbecue is fully usable for guests, you will have to bring your own charcoal to light it. We also have a portable induction cooktop that can be used in the barbecue area if you wish. If you need a travel crib, you can ask us if we have one available ;) Other things to note The house has air conditioning in the kitchen and in 2 of the bedrooms. The other bedroom has a ceiling fan. It also has a fridge/wine cellar in the kitchen.
