A lovely full kitchen with maple cabinets, stone counters dishwasher, water filtration, refrigerator, dishes & cooking equipment, ample cabinet storage, electric range/oven and microwave oven. Washer/dryer in first floor bathroom, wifi, flat screen TV with ROKU streaming, mini-split heat pump & AC unit for total comfort, 2 tiled shower bathrooms with quiet vent fans. This is a fully furnished home and opens out to a lovely side yard patio and gardens. Towels and linens are provided as well as toiletries, some cooking supplies, coffee and tea. Owners Rich and Patsy live in the front house on the property and are available as needed. There's a separate, private street-level entrance to our Guest Home - just walk up driveway. Ample parking on the street in front is never a problem. Keypad entry code to be sent 2 days prior rental. We’re happy to offer ideas on where to go and what to do, or advice with household gadgets. Sellwood Park is just 3 blocks, New Seasons organic grocery store is also nearby along with numerous coffee shops, wine bars, pubs, bakeries, food carts, yoga, pilates, antiques stores and restaurants in the surrounding area. There is a bike path just a few blocks away- the Springwater Corridor trail - that goes straight to downtown in just 3 miles ride - or it will take you 15 minutes to drive to downtown. Our neighborhood has the soft, green comfort & safety of a charming small town, but with the style, excitement and access of city life.
