ACCESSIBILITY: Elevators available to each floor. ~ CHECK-IN/HOUSEKEEPING ~ Guests have access to resort facilities, can enjoy keyless check-in, and have 24 hour access to customer service but do not utilize the hotel staff if needs arise. We are available as needed. Thank you for booking your vacation with us! Door Access Code will be provided by email prior to arrival. The door access code is time & date sensitive. This allows fast and simple "check-in" for all guests and permits after-hours check-in with staff assistance. Amenity key cards are provided in the room to gain access to all of the amenities at Zermatt Resort. Guests have the option to interact with management through phone, text & email 24hrs a day.
