Our lovely Black Rock Ridge home offers amazing unobstructed views of the Wasatch Mountains and the three local ski areas. This 2300 sq ft townhome has custom furnishings and two levels of beautifully designed living space. The property comfortably sleeps 10 and features a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances. In addition to the kitchen, the upstairs great room (with a vaulted ceiling) contains a formal dining area that seats 10 and a leather sofa, TV viewing area and fireplace. We have the latest technologies for entertaining: notably four large flat screen TVs (75” in media room, 65” in great room), DirecTV, WiFi, a Sonos music system (+pandora), built in speakers in four areas and the media room has surround sound, PS4, Apple TV. The property offers a king master suite, a queen room and a bunk room with two twin bunks (three bathrooms in total). The lower level media room offers an L shaped couch with a custom queen pull out bed for extra lodging. Complete with new outdoor six person hot tub and a front deck facing the mountains with a six burner gas grill. There is large private two car garage along with outdoor parking for two cars in the driveway. Additional guest parking is available close by. The garage has ski and snow board racks for storing your equipment. We are located near the intersection of Brown’s Canyon and Highway 248 in the Black Rock Ridge development. This neighborhood completely sidesteps the congestion and traffic of downtown and is less than 10 minutes to Kimball Junction, Historic Main Street, the Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley. Summertime fun with a shared horseshoe pit on the property and private neighborhood trail. We have a local manager who is availble if you need help. Their contact information will be given to you prior to your stay. Perimeter 3 mile trail right outside our back door meanders around community. Nearby Lake Jordanelle has water sport rental equipment. Please rent a car, taxi, Lyft, or Uber. Our house is not on the shuttle line.
