You will feel secluded but within 18 miles to the city of Prineville. The home itself is large for entertaining with wraparound deck, lower patio with hot tub, fire pit(bring your own firewood), a large loft/game room complete with arcade style game, foosball table, board games, and DVD's. Verizon is the only cellular phone service that works in the home. Most other carriers are unreliable or do not work at all unless connected to WIFI. Home has 3 bedrooms and a loft which will sleep 10 adults, however there is also a single mattress and child/small person size single fold out mattress giving a couple of more sleeping options. *Please note some outdoor photos may be with previous outdoor furniture, and decking/paint colors prior to updates. The whole home is yours during the time you book it. There are only a couple of locked owner's storage/cleaning supply areas that are not accessible. Please do not break into these locked areas. I am available by phone, text, and email. The neighborhood is small and rural with very few full time residents. It is very quiet most of the year. The busiest time of year is the summer with mostly boating activities. Jasper Point State Park and boat launch are less than a half mile from the home. Prineville State Park is a couple of miles the other direction. There is a fold up single bed in master bedroom closet. There is a trundle bed under the queen bed in Bedroom #2. The mattress for that bed is the closet of that bedroom. There is also a small cot in this closet as well. The single bed in the bunk bed room has a trundle bed underneath. The sectional sofa in the upstairs bonus room has a pull out queen bed. Pillows and blankets are located in the cabinets in the bonus room.
