They have no access to driveway or backyard. We provide pool toys, sand toys, a beach umbrella, beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear and boogie boards. The home offers 3 parking stalls in the driveway with ample street parking for guest as well. There is a studio attached to main house but is rented separately. Studio has no access to any of the pool, backyard or driveway. That is all exclusive for main house guest. I always try to let my guest have as much privacy as possible, but I am more than happy to assist as a concierge during there stay if needed. This is a family neighborhood full of outdoor activity. There is a bike path right out the front door. Perfect for joggers and bike riders. The best way to travel is to rent a car. That way you can explore the island and take in all its special secret spots. All sleeping areas have A/C units. This includes the master bedroom, second bedroom and twin room. Keeping you cool and comfy.
