Soak up the sunshine by the private pool as you watch the surf through tempered-glass fencing that provides an unobstructed ocean view. Feel the cool ocean spray on the top level of the two-story gazebo, a great spot for sipping your morning coffee. The expansive deck, outfitted with under-decking, provides a dry, shaded space with a glorious view as well. Relax in the hot tub and play Ping-Pong, shuffleboard, or cornhole outside, or move into the adjacent game room for a round of pool, foosball, or Wii. You can even watch a movie or a big game while sitting at the pool bar.

A private gate leads directly onto the sandy beach. In the evenings, you can wind down in the home theater, which comes complete with surround sound, stadium seating, and drink holders.

Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean throughout the main living level, as well as spectacular sunset shows overlooking the bay from the living area on the third floor. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, two gas worktops, two ovens, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a double sink, and a prep sink. An outdoor grill is also built into the lower level of the gazebo (by the pool).

Of the nine bedrooms, all have private bathrooms and four have private balconies. All 12 TVs in the house provide cable service, Netflix, and Pandora internet music (guest accounts are provided).
