Update: Shared paid laundry now available on premise, located in the basement of the building. Guests will have full access and use of the place 24 hours a day. There is a front door/hallway camera for your safety and ours. It is a short walk to coffee shops and food. The Park is at the end of our block! The stadiums (a half a mile away), less than a mile walk or bike ride to downtown. It is close to PNC Park, Heinz Field, Andy Warhol Museum, the Three Rivers Casino, National Aviary, plenty top-notch restaurants and much more! Very centrally located. The T (our subway system to downtown) is right by us, less than a half-mile! I recommend uber since it is available 24/7 Apartment is on the second floor, no steps in unit. Shared coin-operated Laundry in the building located in the basement. There is a front door/hallway camera for your safety and ours. You MUST be respectful to the other 7 tenants that live in the building. It is their home so please treat it like yours:-) NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, STRICT NOISE ENFORCEMENT PET FEE: DOGS ONLY! Unfortunately we do NOT allow cats or other pets at our units. There is a flat 50 dollars fee for the entire stay that we give to our cleaners.
