The private hot tub is disinfected with EPA approved sanitizers. We are located in the idyllic Wasatch Mountains at Pineview Reservoir with easy access to hiking, biking, boating, and fishing. We are the only community with beach access right on the property. We provide all your vacation amenities. All you need to bring is your personal belongings and food. Great location with immediate access to Pineview Reservoir, Snow Basin, and many mountain trails. After hiking, biking, skiing, or snowshoeing the fabulous trails in the area, come back to the luxury of the hot tub with peek-a-boo views of the reservoir and across Anderson park. There is summer access to an onsite swimming pool and tennis courts as well as year round access to the clubhouse with pool table and Foosball. Condo is 2 bedroom/2 bath with WiFi, fully furnished kitchen, and washer and dryer. Accommodates a total of six, four adults. We are 45 minutes north of Salt Lake International Airport, 20 minutes from Ogden, and less than one hour from Park City. You will have the entire condo to yourselves. Ski Bus - UTA Route 675 to Snowbasin Resort stops across the street from the property multiple times a day from December 11, 2021 through March 27, 2022. On weekends and holidays, there may be additional routes in the morning and afternoon to accommodate a higher volume of riders. A one-way fare is $5.00 or $2.50 for seniors over 65 (payable directly to UTA). Check the rideuta website for details. The community pool is scheduled to be open Memorial Day weekend, 2021. Due to Covid 19, there will be stricter adherence to the rules governing the use of the pool. There may also be additional restrictions as determined by the HOA and Weber County Health Department such as: Reduced hours of access Reduced maximum capacity Hot tub and kiddie pool may not open until further relaxation of pandemic restrictions
