(You can fit 2 cars in tandem in the driveway around the Jeep.) More free parking on the street, sign says 2-hour parking -park at your own risk, but we've only seen them ticket once in 2 years. We will be out of town while you are here. Located in the lower Avenues, only a handful of houses are closer to downtown than this one! Easy walking distance to the Capitol, Convention Center, Temple Square, Harmon's Grocery, City Creek Mall (5-10 min walk) numerous restaurants, and just 2 blocks from the mouth of City Creek Canyon and SLC's most beautiful park, Memory Grove which has numerous hiking trails and a bike trail. Walk or bike everywhere! Room for 1-2 cars to be parked in the driveway, plus easy street parking. Trax (light-rail) is a 10-minute walk or there is a bus stop 4 houses down the street. Bird, Lime, and Spin scooters abound and only cost $1. For a small additional fee we can loan you bikes (road, mountain, and electric), electric scooter, a 9ft Unicorn float that seats 6 adults (yep, really!) sleds, hiking gear, ski equipment, etc, just ask! Dogs sometimes live on this property and we are generally pet-friendly, just let us know what animals you are bringing -there is no additional pet fee. The house will be professionally cleaned and sanitized before your arrival, but we cannot guarantee a completely fur-free or dander-free environment.
