Seating for dinner inside or outside! Patio area offers plenty of light, dart board, smart TV, ping-pong table, and outdoor fans to keep you cool! Short walk to park/ballfields. Centrally located to a variety of restaurants,shopping, activities, and numerous nearby beaches! Camaras will be disabled once occupied. The space You will walk into the family room, and views of the pool area! Dining room on the left which walks into kitchen and into family room. Master bedroom includes King bed, and private master bath with direct access to patio and pool area. 2nd bedroom includes Queen bed, and private closet. 3rd bedroom includes bunk bed with Queen, and 2 twin beds with walk-in closet. Open patio has plenty of seating and lounging areas with bathroom, outdoor shower, pool table, dart board, fans, and TV. Garage holds all pool toys, life jackets, basketball/basketball hoop, basinet, and high chair. Garage fridge is free to use, please don't use stove or dishwasher in the garage. Guest access Front door has electronic keypad and home is provided with garage door opener. Other things to note We have exterior cameras, covering the front, sides and back of the property. Those will be shut off when the guests arrive.
