Quiet and Cozy Two-story Downtown Apartment

A bright, cozy, quiet and superbly located two-storey downtown apartment. Perfect for families with kids or a romantic getaway. The space Our two-bedroom 90 m2 apartment is situated in downtown 101 Reykjavík. The house is 100 years old but newly renovated. The apartment is on the second floor with a spacious attic. On the second floor we have a living room, a bathroom with a shower, a children's room with two beds (one is a bunk bed). The kitchen has new appliances and the living room has a big dining table. We've converted the spacious attic into a cozy romantic master bedroom with a bathtub and a balcony with a great view to the ocean and overlooking the pond. It is very bright and charming. Other things to note We can accommodate two adults and two children. The bedrooms both have blackout curtains for the bright Icelandic summer nights.
