With spacious outdoor living and wildlife habitat, you'll have a hard time leaving! The space The Old Homestead Farm house has 3,500 square feet of charming living space with four bedrooms, a comfortable upstairs reading nook and four full baths. Outside, you will find a large deck for entertaining and a large front porch to relax in a rocking chair to enjoy nature. Living Room: Play games and tell stories in the vaulted family room. It's a great spot to lounge in front of the TV next to a toasty fireplace. Kitchen: You will be on your own for groceries, but it is equipped with many spices, condiments and olive oil to get you started. All the pots, pans and utensils you need to prepare a nice meal are here for your use. Dining Room: Sit around the large wooden farmhouse table enough seating for eight people for a memorable family meal. There is also a breakfast nook that seats six. Bedrooms: Downstairs master bedroom with king bed and ensuite. Upstairs bedroom with king bed. Upstairs bedroom with queen bed. Upstairs bedroom with full bed. Upstairs reading nook with trundle bed. Additional Amenities: Pack and Play, High Chair, Children Utensils, Washer/Dryer, Piano, Large Back Patio, Laptop Friendly Workspace, Garden and Outdoor Grill. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire main house, with the exception of the office. Other things to note Pets and service animals are not permitted on the property due to an allergy within our family.
