The space The bed alcove has a very comfortable full-size bed. Wake up in the morning and look straight into a beautiful garden complete with chickens. Relax in the living room and read a book on the loveseat. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a full size fridge, stove, sink and small dishwasher. Bathroom has a shower and bathtub. There is a washer/dryer for your use within the unit. You are all set up for longer stays at this bright and airy home away from home. Guest access The main garden is off-limits but please enjoy the patio area by the studio. Other things to note We have a small flock of backyard chickens that sometimes sing after laying an egg. They are quiet at night. This is a very friendly and walkable neighborhood, with much to see and do within just a few blocks. Solano Avenue, just steps to the north, boasts a full mile of fantastic restaurants, boutique shops, grocery stores, and a movie theater. See below for more details. The King Pool, a public running track and tennis courts available for public use outside of school hours, are a few blocks away.
