With the thruway only seven miles away, this is a convenient location to launch a trip to Finger Lakes wine country, Montezuma NWR, Seneca Falls, Ithaca NY. This is a scent-free zone. It doesn't include a stove. Guest access Walking distance to, restaurants, Wegmans, Trader Joes, shopping Pittsford Village and movie theaters. We are also very close to 14 colleges, the #1 Wine Region in the US, the World's Top 10 Craft Brewery region, #1 State Park in the US, world-class restaurants and breath-taking scenery from 11 Finger Lakes, one Great Lake, Genesee River, Erie Canal and Niagara Falls. We are just an hour from several downhill skiing, snowboarding and x-country ski areas. Other things to note The private entrance is through my beautiful gardens at the back of my house off the deck. The lockbox is located to the right, hanging on my single garage door. Park in the driveway by the Maple tree on the far right side.
