***PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING*** Covid-19 Notice: Please be aware that the State of Hawaii and the County of Kauai have established measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 which include a strictly enforced mandatory 14-day quarantine for all arriving visitors AND returning residents. Any reservations received from non-Hawaii travelers who cannot or will not comply with pre-travel testing program requirements are subject to cancellation/refund.
The Hawaii 14-day mandatory quarantine requirement is currently established through 07/31/20 but is likely to be periodically extended. Inter-island travelers able comply with airport personnel and/or government security personnel verification requirements can expect to be exempt from quarantine requirements are permitted to book reservations for any dates of stay after 06/15/2020. In the event the mandatory 14-day quarantine period is extended for dates previously reserved or new local restrictions are established, guests will be notified that their reservations are to be cancelled and refunded. Rather than cancel, guests may be offered the opportunity to reschedule subject to possible date restrictions and price adjustment.
The 14-day mandatory quarantine is strictly enforced by the Kauai Police Department with the assistance of Hawaii National Guard. Any guests who arrive on Kauai unable to provide adequate proof of quarantine exemption will have their reservations cancelled without consideration of refund, offered the opportunity to reschedule their stay for a later date, or receive credit toward a future stay. Two more bedrooms, both located on the top floor, share a second full bath and feature either mountain or garden views. The mountain-view room also has its own lanai/outdoor access. These two bedrooms are connected via a sunny, lofted playroom/sitting area. Send the kids here while you relax with the adults and a bottle of wine on the BBQ lanai with gas grill.

You can also drive 5 minutes for another bluff-walk to Hideaways beach, 15 minute drive to reef-protected Anini Beach, or 10 minutes drive to Waioli Beach Park with its long stretch of sandy beachfront and lifeguards. We provide a collection of beach goodies in the garage like snorkeling gear, beach mats and other toys.
Other perks include a washer and dryer in the garage, a half bath near the main living area, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV in the vaulted-ceiling living area. While the property does not have central A/C, each bedroom has portable A/C units and the ample cross-breezes & tile floors keep the entire space cool and fresh.
