Heavenly Mountain Resort is 4.9 miles away. Just a steps from hiking trail and 10 min walk to the river. Our home is close to the best beautiful spots that Lake Tahoe has to offer. Our home is on a quiet cul de sac, designed to be comfortable for you and your family or friends, cleanliness is our priority so you can enjoy yourself. You can barbecue on the grill in the back patio or enjoy a relaxing time on the hammock. As a courtesy, we provide you with dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and trash bags, and our kitchen has all the essentials (Pots, Pans, dinnerware, & condiments) so you can make meals like at home. We provide a complimentary welcome package (includes shampoo/conditioner-bath soap) Feel free to use any food inside the pantry, we just ask that you kindly replace it before checking out. Our bedrooms are clean and designed to be relaxing for a peaceful rest. You'll enjoy how close it is to the beautiful forest and you can hike the trails that take you to the river. We are a short drive from beaches (aprox 10 min) and emerald bay and casinos. (aprox 15min) Please note at this time we provide WiFi, ROKU (includes NETFLIX, and some kids tv shows and apps) DVD's with DVD player. We do not offer cable at this time. You will have access to the entire house, the garage (where washer and dryer are), the front and backyard, and drive way. You can always email me during your stay if you have any questions or concerns during your stay. The house is located on a quiet cul de sac, in a very nice neighborhood. We are near the end of the cul de sac, just steps to the beautiful forest, where you can walk, hike or bike the nice nature trails. Some of the trails lead to the Truckee River, which is a 5-10 min walk. And what's awesome is that shops and restaurants, and most of the top attractions are all with in 5-15 min drive. Sheets for Queen Sleeper sofa and for foldable sleep pad/ bed, are stored in guest room closet for large groups of 8 and 10. Please note for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New year holiday, reservations with 7nights or 1 week will be given priority. Thank you
