Guests staying in the main house will enjoy a well-equipped, full kitchen, dining area, living area with a gas fireplace and a cable-equipped TV, and a furnished patio. The various suites all include comfortable beds, TVs, and kitchenettes with Keurig coffee makers, microwave ovens, and minifridges.

Start each day enjoying home-cooked breakfasts together before swimming in the seasonal pool or soaking your cares away in the all-weather hot tub. On-site, you'll also find a Ping-Pong table, shared gas grill, poolside sun deck, and a picnic area for summertime cookouts.

* Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

** Please note that the Alder Inn is comprised of an owner's suite and two dozen comfortable studios to accommodate large groups of up to 70 guests.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: One parking space per unit (25 units total + 2 spaces for owner's suite)

Ski shuttle details:

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
