This spacious 1 bedroom 2 full bath condominium has tropical decor and walk out lanai off main living area and bedroom. Central air conditioning. 2 HD TV"s and DVD players. Bedding is 2 Queens and 1 Queen sleeper sofa. 1000 sq. ft. Minimum 4 night stay. There is a $65 Registration fee and $20/Day Resort Fee that you pay directly to Maui Eldorado upon check-in. Fee includes pools, beach cabana, fitness center, Wi-Fi and more! There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 17.42% state taxes added to all rates.  Quam Properties provides basic amenities like bath towels. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dryer sheet, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap and more! This unit has two beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and a cooler for your stay.
