No confetti, and no items may be affixed to our walls in any way. No pets, and no smoking. Doing any of these things will incur an extra fee. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive during this time. No tampering with the noise monitoring devices or security devices. If you have tampered with any of these devices there will be a fee. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the suite at any given time. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense. If you lose a key or get locked out and require us to let you in, $100 fee will be incurred. If you lose a parking pass, $200 fee will be incurred. Please keep track of these items. Other things to note: Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name, and that you have a valid photo ID and verified email address.
