Newly built, our space is designed primarily for guests, with four independent apartments available for your stay. The apartments are perfect for those who want a private and comfortable space to call their own. Each apartment has its own private entrance and a lovely patio area where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. With 131 sq. ft. / 40 sq. m. of space in each apartment, you'll have plenty of room to spread out and make yourself at home. We take pride in providing our guests with a high level of comfort and convenience. Each apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. From comfortable beds to modern appliances, we've thought of everything so that you don't have to. So whether you're traveling alone or with a group, we have the perfect space for you. We've taken various steps to reduce our impact on the environment, including installing smart LED bulbs that automatically reduce power intensity when there's no motion, using solar-powered string lights and cameras, and outfitting our air-conditioners and refrigerator with inverter technology to minimize energy use. Our TVs are set to energy-saving mode, and our toilets are designed to be water efficient. In addition, our plants use a drip system that adjusts based on weather conditions and the AC condensation goes to the plants to save on water usage. But we're not stopping there. We're constantly looking for new ways to minimize our footprint and make our property even more sustainable. And we'd love your help in this effort. By using water and electricity consciously during your stay, you can play a vital role in reducing our impact on the environment. And with the help of our garbage collecting company that provides recycling services at their plant, we're able to ensure that waste is handled responsibly. Together, we can make a real difference. ~ Exterior lights turn on automatically around 7:00PM and turn off at 5AM. Guest access Enjoy complete privacy during your stay as you will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. However, please note that there is no one available on-site 24/7. ✔ This is a self-catering accommodation, and you are responsible for maintaining the place relatively clean during your stay. ✔ Taxes are already included in the price, including government tax at 12.5% and an environmental tax of $3 per night. ✔ All utilities are included, and basic utilities such as water and electricity follow a fair use policy.
