This magnificent estate boasts 6,000 square feet of luxurious living space that is sure to make a lasting impression. This lovely abode boasts a game room on its lower floor, complete with a pool table, foosball, and poker table for your entertainment. For those who prefer to unwind, you can also catch up on your favorite shows on Disney Plus, Hulu, or ESPN, which we provide in the cozy theater area. Additionally, the lower level houses a bedroom and a full-size bathroom. On the main level of this residence, there is a generously sized dining table and a high chair. The kitchen has an open layout and is equipped with a double oven and all the necessary kitchen essentials. The playroom on this floor is designed for our young visitors and features a plethora of toys, a futon, a playpen, and a television with subscriptions to Disney Plus, Hulu, Roku, and ESPN. Additionally, we have installed gates to ensure extra security. You will also find a bedroom and a full bathroom on this level. The living room offers a large leather sofa and a sizeable screen TV, with Disney Plus, Roku, Hulu, and ESPN for our esteemed guests. On the third floor, there are four more bedrooms, one of which is a spacious master bedroom with a luxurious master bathroom featuring a soaker tub. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds and a portable crib, while the last bedroom has two bunk beds that are twin over twin. Furthermore, there is another complete bathroom available on the same floor. The four-story provides two additional rooms that offer more sleeping options. However, there is an extra fee for availing of this floor. This home has Wi-Fi, a propane grill, central A/C, and heating. The house is in a gated community with three lakes, two pools, a lake beach, basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, and much more. Most stores are within a 10-15-minute drive, and we are located minutes from Route 80. The community has a right to close the pools due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, such as a lack of lifeguards. We do not have control over that, although if we are aware of any issues, we immediately communicate them to our guests. There will be a $25 fee to ship any items, plus the cost of shipping.
