Video Surveillance Security; the front porch of the house is on outside outdoor camera you will see. There are no other cameras. For fire security reasons, no outside fires allowed at any time. No smoking on the property, too dangerous with the dry wood surroundings. No loud noises after 10:00 PM. Quiet Hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please be respectful of our neighbors. NO PETS. PARKING FOR JUST ONE CAR DURING SNOW SEASON. During the winter snow season, a four-wheel drive car or snow ready vehicle (having chains with you) is recommended. We have a professional snow removal service for the cabin. They come clear the driveway to park ONE car after more than 4 inches of snow fall, timing vary depending on where we are in the queue. When you arrive, if needed in case it is hard to get in the driveway after a snow storm, you will need to shovel just enough to park your car on the driveway. You may not park your car on the street during the winter snow season to allow snow removal vehicles. If you need to use the snow shovel stored inside the house, return inside after any use to avoid losing it under fresh new snow.
