THE HOUSE: A two story bright and new upside down house with 1 bedroom and bathroom upstairs, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs with two of the downstairs bedrooms in a beautifully connected wing. 4 bedrooms have queens and one of the bedrooms has 2 twins.  One bedroom is also set up to flex as an office. All bathrooms are full (includes shower/tub and toilet).  Open living / dining / kitchen area with a couch, chairs, stools, daybed, dining area, Wi-Fi, cable TV and a Roku. The renovation upgrades include: Google Nest controlled multiple zone central air conditioning and heating, new white oak floors, new bathrooms, all new furniture, beds, mattresses, rugs, washer / dryer and a remodeled entry to allow for enhanced flow throughout the house. Ample parking available. THE OUTSIDE: Our backyard sits on a charming pond and is surrounded by trees and nature. Overlooking the pond and entire yard is a massive newly renovated deck that gets incredible amounts of sun, BBQ, dining table and an outdoor lounging. The backyard is open and useful for sport activities, and pond watching (fish, turtles, frogs etc) The front yard is lined with decorative gravel as well as lawn and beautiful trees and greenery. MONTAUK and the BEACHES: Montauk town where will find ocean beaches, and shops providing everything you need and more is just 1 mile away from the house. In addition, the house is 1 mile from Ditch Plains Beach and just .5 miles from Montauk Downs Golf Course. Neighborhood is conducive to walking, biking, and driving Rules:  1) Absolutely no share house groups or parties. House is in a family friendly neighborhood.  2) No more than 10 people on the premises at any time, including renter.   3) Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. Even if it says flushable, it isn't, otherwise it would disintegrate in the package! 4) House is in Montauk in a secluded area with a ton of beautiful nature.  This comes with lots of wildlife - including deer, bugs, and more! We spray the backyard for ticks but that doesn't guarantee that there won't be any. Please plan accordingly.  5) We provide all our guests with full access to the property & to all our stuff including a fully equipped kitchen, brand new bath towels, beach towels and sheets. We ask that our guests are conscientious and return things as they found them. 6) A fire pit is available for use, please inquire before doing so. 7)You’ll have full access to the property— inside and out— with the exception of closets in the foyer and 1 of the 2 outdoor sheds.
