There is a $500 fee required if there is evidence of this. Beach equipment is located in outdoor (downstairs) storage closet at space marked #1 (key is hanging in condo on hook by front door) You will have to walk up 2 short flights of stairs, then unit is right at the top of the stairs. Very easy to walk up. Your right off of the scenic gulf drive with spacious walk-ways for taking a stroll down the street or to walk to your next place of interest.
