This historic home was built in front of old railways tracks, where Soldier's took shelter in World War I during the 1900's. The space Our main spaces include the front porch with porch swing and 4 rocking chairs, a cozy living room with 60 inch curved smart tv, games, and lush couch sectional, our grand dining room that seats 8, breakfast nook, 1.5 baths, fully-stocked kitchen, two bedrooms featuring a king bed with an ensuite and a queen bed with beach decor. Very tall ceilings and approx 1695 sq ft unit. Our space also includes access to the outdoors - the side yard (including grills and a sitting area) is SHARED between lower and upper unit, as are the borrowable items on the side of the home. We have 2 outdoor showers one cold and the other with hot and cold water and hose for rinsing off bodies and feet before coming back inside. First one is in front of home under the oak tree. Second one is on the left walkway of the home and is shared between the upper and lower unit. This is a historic house and it has a lot of charm and well maintained to reflect its beauty from the 1900's.
