Located just a few miles outside of East Hampton and very close to Amagansett as well. Montauk and Sag Harbor are about 18 minutes away by car. Features an incredibly nice outdoor heated pool with lounge chairs, outdoor tables and couches. Renovated roof-decks with new outdoor seating and dining. When in season, pool heated at 76 degrees for free. OUTDOOR CAMERAS for security. Guests can access the main house and, when booking for more than 8 people, the guest cottage. Very conveniently located - not only to get to East Hampton, but also to Sag Harbor and Amagansett. A 5.5% short term rental tax will be collected from all guests prior to check-in and remitted to Suffolk county for stays of less than 30 nights pursuant to the newly enacted 2023 law.
