The space This is the perfect tiny retreat in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne. The space is adorable and comes with wifi, TV, Amazon Firestick (with Netflix and more), and a fully-outfitted kitchen. There is a comfortable queen-sized bed with a pillow-top mattress. The apartment has its own thermostat to control heat and central air. It is a completely private apartment with a separate entrance from the rest of the house. Guest access Free parking in a secure parking lot across the street from the home. The home is downtown and close to train tracks and other nighttime noises, so earplugs and a white noise machine have been included for your comfort! The apartment is a small two room studio (about 300 square feet) and does not comfortably accommodate more than two people. Much to our dismay, there is a new hospital construction in front of our house which limits parking and creates unwelcome noise. We will do our best to prevent it from negatively impacting your stay! Thankfully the construction only takes place Monday-Friday, so there is no noise on the weekends! Parking on Jackson St or around the corner on Main or Berry. Instructions are provided upon arrival.
