There is parking that accommodates 10 vehicles as well as a Level II EV charger. There is currently a site manager living on the premises in a detached private dwelling. They do not share any of the guest spaces other than parking and we ensure full privacy The listing price includes the 7 bedrooms (8 beds), covering up to 16 people. There are multiple indoor and outdoor common spaces including a Kitchen/Lounge, 2 solariums, gardens, patios, and courtyards. There are no shared common spaces. House is fully private. Additional overnight guests can be added to the reservation at a nightly rate of $150/person for up to 16 overnight guests maximum. 2 of the guest rooms do have single sleeper sofas and we have a couple trifold mattresses as well. No Gatherings, Visitors, Events, or Filming onsite without expressed permission from owner. There are cameras. Violating this policy will result in the loss of your security deposit.
