OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Open the French doors from your bedroom at Poinciana Garden and step out onto its first-floor porch with your private hot tub. The French doors off the bedroom at Poinciana Treetop lead to your covered second floor porch. In the back yard there is a shared gas grill and washer/dryer, lush garden, chaise lounge chairs, and outdoor dining set. PARKING: If renting both the upper and lower levels of the home, there is on-site parking for two smaller cars (one space per floor), as well as a bicycle rack for securing your bikes.
