Level one offers carport parking, an outside shower, an entrance to the foyer, and an extra entrance via the stairs. Level two offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and two covered decks. Level three offers living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus a living room with a large flatscreen TV, two decks, and a powder room. Level four offers a primary suite with a sitting area and a deck with a bay view. THINGS TO KNOW There is no lifeguard at this beach. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
