BED CONFIGURATION: The smart floor plan of this cottage allows for two king bedrooms with ensuite baths on the first floor. Each bedroom has night tables, TVs, natural light and ceiling fans. OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The second floor of this home opens onto a comfortably furnished covered veranda where you can enjoy coffee or cocktails. The home is close to Fort Zachary Taylor Beach and there is a free community pool just a short walk away. PARKING: There is parking for one car however, from this convenient location, you may find yourself touring Key West on foot. LOCATION: Petite Maison is located on a quiet, hidden lane behind Duval Street. The home is on the southern end of Duval Street near cafes and night clubs. You can walk to many attractions including the Southernmost Point and the Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory. PETS: One (1) dog allowed, up to 25 lbs, for an additional fee and completion of Pet Information addendum. Must be 1 year of age or older. Must be spayed/neutered.
