Our home includes a Smart TV, WiFi, Propane BBQ, Washer & Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/Toys/Umbrella, etc Home professionally managed by Tower 17 Properties located in Newport Beach CA. THIS PROPERTY IS A DUPLEX 2 SEPARATE CONNECTED HOMES! ****************** 3 BEDROOM 2.5 BATH GROUND LEVEL HOME ******************* Rooms #1 - (1) King Bed with en-suite bathroom Rooms #2 - (1) Queen Bed with en-suite bathroom Rooms #3 - (2) Twin Beds (1/2 bathroom in the hallway outside the door) Living Room - (1) Queen Pullout Couch Bed ************** 2 BEDROOM 1 BATH 2ND LEVEL HOME OVER GARAGE ************** The rear home is a completely separate apartment. This unit sits above the 3rd garage on the 2nd floor, stairs are required to access this unit. This stand-alone unit has everything you need from a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit stack-able washer/dryer, 4 chair dining area, and a living room with an L-shaped couch, smart TV, and Gas fireplace. Bedroom 1 - 2nd Floor Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - 2nd Floor (2) Single Beds ******************************** HOME LOCATION ******************************** There is a TV with Cable in EVERY ROOM Garage - 2 parking spots (no oversized vehicles) Washer/Dryer, Bikes, Boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs, sand toys are there fore your use. Home features, Cable, Internet, gas fireplace, all new appliances, and all linens are provided at no additional cost. Honestly, we have everything you need but if you think I forgot something, just ask! Garage, anywhere in the home (other than my cleaning cabinet) I'm available by messaging through Airbnb, by Phone (text or call) , or in person as I live just up the street. Car, Uber, Bus nearby, Bike, or walk, you can walk to anything you need honestly. IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: - Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking. -Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit. - Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management. - Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process. - Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation. - Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent -Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc. - Portable freestanding 12,000 BTU AC units are available to rent at a fixed rate of $399 each for up to 7 nights.
