WHILE YOU WILL SEE IN OUR PAST REVIEWS THE PLACE IS VERY CLEAN, OUR PROPERTY IS BEING CLEANED USING CDC AND VACATION RENTAL MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION GUIDELINES OR BETTER USING EPA APPROVED CLEANING AGENTS FOR HUMAN CORONAVIRUS. EXTRA PILLOWS AND LINENS HAVE BEEN REMOVED TO LIMIT PROBLEMS, SO ONLY THE MINIMUM NEEDED FOR YOUR STAY WILL BE IN THE UNIT (i.e. THERE WILL BE SHEETS/TOWELS TO COVER THE NUMBER OF GUESTS BOOKED, if you have special needs please let us know at time of booking so we can attempt to accommodate things like extra pillows, etc.). NO HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR WEEK RENTALS (PLEASE DON'T SEND BOOKING REQUEST).

All condo amenities will be open per federal/state/local guidelines allow due to Covid.

Gorgeous views of both ocean and bay from 9th floor north side oceanfront 2 bedroom plus open den area and 2 bath condo in Sea Watch. Both beautiful oceanfront and bay views balcony with comfortable furniture. Plenty to do without even leaving - amenities include outdoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, indoor pool, (all pools open in summer season. Open some off-season please ask before booking mid-September through April) large arcade/game room, fitness room, billiard room, 3 lighted tennis courts, half court basketball, children's playground, a sand volleyball court, cinema, sauna, 24 hour onsite security and, of course, beachfront access. Condo includes cable TV (no movie channels, though) in main living room space and master bedroom, Apple TV (bring your own login) and Netflix (also need your own login). WiFi throughout condo. However WiFi is spotty during peak season and is controlled by condo association and not able to be improved at this time.

Condo is close to dining and fun amenities such as mini-golf, arcade, movie theater with recliners, boat and kayak rental, Northside park, close to Delaware and its tax free shopping, short bus ride to all OC has to offer including boardwalk, etc. For reference, the OC boardwalk runs from the inlet to about 27th street. For foodies it's close to great restaurants (One Coastal, Just Hooked, and Crab Bag, just to name a few!).

Master bedroom with queen size Serta mattress and updated bath. Very relaxing to fall asleep in the updated bed to ocean breezes coming in through the open master bedroom slider. Second bedroom can sleep up to 3 with a double size and twin sized beds, and there is an open den area with no door or wall but has 2 twin beds for extra guests. Beautiful updated hall bath with tub/shower.

House cleaned with EPA approved cleaners for human coronavirus. Throughout the unit you will find tile and Coretec hard surface flooring that help to keep place clean and minimize allergens.

Kitchen has ALL NEW APPLIANCES (March 2019) and is stocked with dinnerware for 10, upgraded stainless steel pots & pans, silverware, Keurig K55, regular coffee maker, toaster, blender, and ice cream maker. Boogie boards, sand toys, and some sports equipment located in laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your use. Near many houses of worship as well.
