Beach fishing is also allowed along the shoreline here. The daily limit of trout is five fish. The Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River is a quick two-mile drive from Lake Huntington. This winding river offers 73 miles of both thrilling and relaxing outdoor opportunities throughout its season, which starts in mid-April and extends through October. Paddle a small section near Lake Huntington and camp out along its shores while listening to the trickling water as you fall asleep under the stars at night.
