This is a pet friendly (dog only) cabin. You won’t find a busy lobby, crowded elevators, or narrow hallways at the Wigwam Western Summit Retreat. Rather you will find a cozy and special getaway accompanied by acres of protected land, outdoor showers, firepits, and rock gardens. Perched high on the western summit of the Hoosac Range each cabin is a separate tiny home with heat and air-conditioning. Instead of a gym, we have miles and miles of trails. Instead of a pool bound by four sides, immerse yourself in nearby Deerfield river and swimming holes in Savoy State Park. Use the cabin concierge service and have custom and delicious meals cooked for you by a sushi chef, an experienced cook, and delivered to the cabin in picnic baskets. Celebrating a special occasion? Our baker will make you a special 6" cake. Sushi at sunset? Can do! Cabin guests are also invited to use the charcoal bbq grill, the stump table, the Perch Bar table, your very own fire pit and a private picnic area. It's an easy 1.5-mile hike to sunset rock. You will pass the "Yoda" tree. For those more ambitious, continue onwards to Spruce Hill (about 6 miles) for a perfect Berkshire mountain day! Other things to note We would like to accommodate guests with dogs if they bring their own beddings (sheets, blankets and towels there will not be any additional pet services fee). The Wigwam Coffeehouse is co located on the property offering the best cold brew and pour over coffee. Of our 4 cabins the Pocumtuck is closest to the Mohawk Trail (Route 2) but it's also located the highest point of the Western Summit where you can see over the Coffeehouse and enjoy the view of mountains of 3 states. Due to the fact that the Pocumtuck is on the highest point where there's not much level ground ll the outdoor amenities are tiered (rather than on the same level) so the fire pit, the charcoal grill and the sky table (where you can enjoy a glass of wine and toast the sunset goodnight) are on different levels. You will need a car to get there then just your legs will do! A one time pet services fee of $35 will be assessed and a maximum of 2 dogs can be accommodated per cabin.
