IMPORTANT NOTE: The base price is for four guests but can accommodate up to 6 guests with $15.00 extra per person after 4. This 1920 bungalow is completely remodeled and fully furnished with new appliances and furniture. It is bright and cozy with lots of natural light. The front door opens into a spacious living room connected to the dining area. The simple living area features a decorative fireplace, a Poly & Bark full leather sofa, and different sections of sitting areas. All guests can comfortably hang out around both rooms. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and a Nespresso Coffee Machine with milk frother. You can also find toaster, blender, pots, pan, cookware, dishes, utensils, and drinkware in the cabinet. The bathroom is stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. You can find a hairdryer, extra toiler papers, and disinfecting wipes in the cabinet underneath the sink. Both bedrooms are equipped with two Queen memory foam with thick pillow-top mattresses and luxury bedding. Both bedrooms are also equipped with black-out curtains, perfect for travel nurses to sleep through the day after a long night. There is also a closet in each room with hangers for clothing and storage of belongings. The lower-level (basement) living space features a TV with leather couch, one queen-sized bed, and laundry room. We recently added new gaming set with Pool Billiards, Air Hockey, Foosball and Table Tennis! We also added working desk and more sitting area in the basement! If you would like to set up the extra bed for less than 4 guests, it is $15.00 extra per night, but please let us know before your arrival. Please be aware when heading down the basement living space as the stairs are steep. This home also included a fast fiber internet. Guests have access to the entire home and backyard but not the garage on the side. Please make yourself at home! My wife and I live 5 mins away, so feel free to contact us if you need anything. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just half a block away from the main road, this location is both peaceful and convenient. The neighborhood is a safe and friendly community, with children running and playing outside in the evening. For medical professionals, the location is ideal as Wesley Medical Center is only 0.7 mile away, and Via Christi Ascension St. Francis is just 2.1 miles away. Wichita State University is around an 8-minute drive, and downtown Wichita is a short distance away, making it easy to explore the city's best attractions. There are plenty of dining options nearby, from local restaurants to popular fast-food chains, and a grocery store and pharmacy are within easy reach. You'll also have the advantage of the Redbud Trail for a refreshing morning run or bike ride. We recommend the use of vehicle around Wichita or using ride-sharing services, such as Uber, Lyft or Turo. → Turo is the Airbnb of car rentals. We have a Turo Car as well, please message us for more information! Early check-ins and late check-outs requests are subject to fees. We cannot confirm these requests until the day of as we’re never sure how the previous guest will leave the space. Guests who stay beyond their designated check-out time or delay our housekeeping staffs are liable for any associated costs and expenses. Please note that for guests staying for more than one month, we reserve the right to access the property periodically for basic cleaning, plant watering, and pest control if the scheduled service falls within the period of stay. We will provide advance notice and work with you to schedule a convenient time. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in maintaining the quality of our property for all guests. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city. Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on porches and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $300 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. The use of marijuana in any way, shape, or form in or around our property is strictly prohibited. We use video surveillance on the exterior of the home. If cameras are disabled or blocked it will result in a $200 fine and you will immediately be asked to leave the home. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the space to monitor excessive noise levels. Devices do not record conversations but measures decibels. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will result in a fee. Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
