Full access. Desert Park Estates is an historic neighborhood that borders Racquet Club Estates and is a couple minutes away Movie Colony and is less than a 10-minute drive to downtown. Guest booking this home must be 25 years or older as our short-term rental permit requires. Parties and events are not permitted. This home allows a maximum of 8 adults/kids plus 2 additional kids 12 or under. Peloton Bike is available for your use during stay. Please note that you will need compatible cycling shoes and ride at your own risk. You are responsible for following all instructions and ensuring that you're not putting yourself or others at risk by electing to ride. There are strict noise (outdoor music) and parking restrictions in Palm Springs and the booking guest will be responsible for any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without refund if any of the short-term rental rules are violated. All activities must be taken inside by 10pm to comply with the quiet hours for short-term rental compliance. To heat pool we charge $150/day. A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the short-term rental guidelines and rules.
