Guests trusting ABOVE for their luxury travel learn that the unexpected, is our standard. Most within our collection of estates are our homeowner’s primary residences- contrary to an industry filled of those contrived, and sparsely appointed investment rental properties.

At check-in, you will be introduced to your personal House Manager, who is carefully selected and overly trained in the art of service. Our House Managers visit daily, and are available 24/7 in the hope to exceed anything you had expected.

With over 7 levels on the property, the home is spacious and open, but you can also find plenty of privacy. Head to the bottom level on the elevator to enjoy the media room or play a game of shuffleboard with your group. Or head outside to the pool, outdoor kitchen, living and dining areas – all with views of the lake. For a special treat, walk down the steps and experience the property’s private waterfall. At the bottom of the steps you’ll find a private boat dock with an inviting 2nd floor a dining and lounging areas to enjoy the lake.

This 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath, estate on over an acre of lush landscaping will allow you instantly relax and enjoy everything Austin has to offer; although, you will not want to leave this home.

With captivating views of the lake from most of the rooms in the house and a sophisticated interior, you will feel special. The grounds are spectacular with the waterfall, pool, outdoor living area and boat dock. Dining areas seats a total of 12 people. All bedrooms have their own en suite bath.

The home is pre-set for 14 guests, but will accommodate up to 16 upon request and approval by owner. With approval, we will set the home for up to 16 guests using luxury Frontgate bed-height air mattress beds with foam toppers (if requested). A large group fee may apply. 3 night minimum May - October.

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee.

Everything that touches you has been meticulously selected by ABOVE. Utopia Linens, Chakir Turkish Towels, L'Occitane bath amenities, and more have been carefully selected to engulf guests in luxury.

COVID-19 Enhanced Safety/Cleaning: In addition to our already rigorous cleaning procedures, we have implemented a robust checklist using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and high touched surfaces.
