The first floor includes a great room, open-concept kitchen/dining area, and a master suite with a king bed and full bath. Walk straight out of the master bedroom and onto our beautiful wraparound deck, which also connects into the great room and includes a brand new Weber Spirit propane grill (Oct 2021). The above-ground basement includes a game room and classic arcade (including Pacman, NBA Jam, Street Fighter, and others!). There is also another bedroom (king bed) and full bathroom, as well as a sofa bed down here. Walk out to the backyard from the basement and you'll find the brand-new hot tub (Dec 2021). The second floor includes two bedrooms, one with a king bed and sofa bed, the other with 4 twin beds. Both bedrooms share a full bath. There is another sofa bed on the second floor landing. The home is equipped with high-speed Xfinity internet (400mbps) and excellent coverage owing to a mesh-wifi network with a node on every floor. Three of our bedrooms are equipped with desks, making this house ideal for "work-from-home" vacations. The kitchen includes an artisan coffee bar, including a semi-automatic espresso machine, an automatic drip coffeemaker, a quality french press, an enthusiast-grade coffee grinder, and milk frother. We also supply a whistling kettle, 4-slice toaster, and the usual suspects (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven). For the summer months (June-September), we have 4 window AC units. Locations are: dining room, first floor master, second floor master, and second floor additional bedroom. The driveway can easily fit 3-5 cars. Jamie Ln is a very quiet road with a dead end and beautiful seasonal views. Great place for a walk. In the winter, we advise an SUV or snow tires, especially in the aftermath of a major storm.
