Centrally located on paved roads in Lead. This house is perfect for large groups! Special additions to the house are the pool table, foosball table, poker room with dartboard and poker table for playing cards. TV's with cable in nearly every room, stereo system, WIFI, board games and Boss Toss. Outside we have a miniature golf course, horse shoe pit, several large patio decks and a hot tub. When coming in the winter 4 wheel drive isn't needed but good tires are a plus to help you get around when the roads are slick. Property is on paved city roads. AirBNB has the house listed as 16 guests, maximum on their platform. We have room for 19 and will not charge additional fees for 19 quests. If you have more than 19 please reach out prior to booking. We do have another home available across the road that houses 10 people if needed. The roads leading to the home are paved city streets. The driveway is paved but the large trailer parking areas are gravel.
