The extra building you see in the photos is an empty building; you will have 108 acres of privacy. You are able to gain access to the nearby snowmobile trails with your snowmobiles. Just as an extra note, I am sorry, no pets allowed( no exceptions because we have a daughter, who likes to visit here when she comes home, who is extremely allergic to pets) but you most likely will see interesting wildlife during your stay.
