Relaxation and fun awaits at the private pool and pool house, where you can soak in the views of the open sky and river. Please note that while our home offers adventurous amenities, it is not wheelchair accessible. Each of the six bedrooms features an attached bathroom, with one bathroom doubling as common bathroom for added convenience. Several rooms are equipped with 50" Roku TVs and blackout shades, providing the perfect setting for a cozy night in. For larger groups or those seeking additional privacy, we offer a separate 2-bedroom Guest House available for rent. Please inquire at booking for availability, as last-minute reservations may be limited due to maintenance and staffing considerations. During the months of November through March, the Guest House may be rented to a separate party, with shared access to the parking area and grounds activities. Rest assured, during all other times of the year, the entire property is exclusively occupied by your group. Your rental includes access to a variety of recreational activities, including canoes, kayaks, and tubes for exploring the river. Outdoor and indoor games, fishing rods, and tackle are also provided for your enjoyment. With 1000 square feet of deck and porch space, hot tub, and three indoor jacuzzi tubs, our home offers the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. We'd like to inform guests that, given our rural setting on 10 acres, there is potential for insects on the property. Please inquire at the time of booking if there are any concerns regarding insect allergies or phobias during your stay. During the rental period you will have full access to the entire property except for two closets in the main house and the guest house/detached garage area. We cannot guarantee a last minute reservation for this due to maintenance and staffing. Please also be advised that the Guest House may be rented to a separate party, who will not have access to the Main House you rent. Shared spaces include the parking area and grounds activities. This is ONLY a possibility during November, December, January, February, and March. All other times of year, the entire property is occupied by only your group. You will probably see one of us or a staff member on the property performing lawn services, pool maintenance, repairs, etc if needed; however, the space is yours during the rental.
