Our beautiful Villa has amazing mountain views, a clean, modern design and is the perfect getaway to socialize & relax. It is ideally located for hiking & has a gorgeous, private salt water pool (mid May- mid Oct) and a wonderful hot tub which is open year round! In addition to the main house there is also a spacious studio cottage (with bathroom) & heat that can be used as a WFH private office. It has it's own high speed internet. The space The house accommodates up to 7 people. Newly renovated by a respected designer and replete with brand new furnishings, hardwood floors and a gorgeous salt water pool surrounded by landscaped gardens (in season), this beautiful Villa boasts awesome mountain views and absolute privacy. The 6 person hot tub is located on the deck, steps from the front door. Relax your tired limbs & enjoy the incredible night sky! Wind your way up a private road to this eight acre mountain oasis. You won't be disturbed by the sound of anything besides birds. The mountain views are outstanding, yet the ride to town is only five minutes. It really is the best of both worlds. With three private bedrooms, two full baths and a sofa bed, there is comfortable accommodation for up to 7 guests. The kitchen, dining and living areas are anchored by a magnificent double sided granite fireplace. The vaulted ceilings give the space an airy feel, while the mountain breeze and the views of seven mountain tops and nature preserves create an atmosphere of tranquility. The home is tastefully furnished and equipped with luxury linens for your comfort and convenience. It is the perfect place to entertain. Picture yourself relaxing with friends while sipping on cocktails besides the private salt water pool, or admiring the mountain views while happily grilling on one of the fabulous decks. The gourmet fully equipped stainless steel kitchen has a 6 burner stove and the attached pantry has a washer/dryer. The large primary bedroom on the main floor has a king sized bed and an ensuite limestone bathroom. The lower floor has two guest bedrooms that share a full bath as well as a family room with pull-out sofa. The family room also doubles as a media room with a large flat screen smart TV. Sonos speakers are located through out the house. Guest access All areas of the main house apart from a locked closet in the primary bedroom. The office is available if requested in advance. Other things to note We are pet friendly. There is a one time pet fee of $75. Guests are responsible for heating the pool this was instigated after guests would leave heat on 24/7. We take fuel reading on day of arrival and day of departure & only charge for use. A deposit is taken depending on length of stay: $300 (weekend), $400 (week), $1000 (month) Pool is mid-May to October - dates for opening & closing vary. If you are booking around those dates and want to pool you must check prior to arrival. If you would like to use the cottage as an office, you need to inform us in advance. It is not a sleeping space for guests. The upstairs is for owners use only. The furniture is basic, you can use it as an office & there is a bathroom. There is not a functioning kitchen. In the winter months we highly recommend arriving in a 4WD, the roads in the areas are hilly & can get slick during snow events. Coffee maker is a 12-cup drip coffee maker (basket filters provided). There is also a coffee grinder.
