Fine linens, writing paper, books, videos, puzzles and games are all here for you to enjoy. We also have a complete set-up for those traveling with infants and small children including a port-a-crib with all linens provided, baby gates, children`s dishes, sippy cups and silverware. Six bicycles of various size and a charcoal BBQ grill are also on site for your use as desired. Fairview is a great home for two families traveling together! Fairview has its own private dune walkover to the beach with outside hot and cold shower. Fairview is immaculate inside and out! You will have the entire home to yourself. You will have access to an electronic lockbox, but we are always readily available should any issues arise during your stay. Carillon Beach is a beautiful and quiet gated community just off the west end of Scenic Highway 30-A. With basketball and tennis courts, a playground, a lovely chapel, shopping, and several pools...including a gulf front pool right next door!...there are sure to be plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy. The smaller, gated community means fewer crowds on the beach and no drive through traffic. If you`ve never been, you`ll love Carillon Beach! A car would be best to access all of the great local restaurants, 30-A hotspots, and to reach the Publix and Winn Dixie grocery stores just around the corner. That being said, many of our guests just spend their entire vacation within Carillon Beach! ECP is the closest airport.
