This beautiful, large home has 5 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms, game room w/Billiards & Dominoes, a patio w/ multi level decks overlooking a large lake. Heated pool double water slide and a salt water system which eliminates harsh chlorine chemicals. A Tiki, Argentine BBQ, outside fridge, bar, sun beds & lots of outdoor seating. The space Las Palmas is a gorgeous waterfront resort home, situated in the center of Miami. This tropical oasis has a heated pool with double water slides, a large Tiki with a fridge, bar, dining table and multi level decks featuring an Argentine BBQ Grill, overlooking the lake The pool has a salt water system, which eliminates harsh chlorine chemicals. We are close to Miami International Airport, Cruise Port, South Beach, restaurants, Malls & Shops, & nightlife. The Everglades National Park and The Florida Keys are nearby. Little Havana, Wynwood Design District, Brickell City Center, Downtown Miami, Bayside, Coral Gables, The Florida Keys are all close by. The home is very spacious, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - four of the bedrooms have King beds. We have a custom built kitchen with granite counters, a large multi level island and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, oven toaster, coffee maker, blender, tea kettle etc and stocked with all plates, glasses, pots and utensils etc. The living room has a plenty of seating, 75" TV and is open to the kitchen. The dining table seats 8 and together with the kitchen island can seat a total of 12 people comfortably. We have a keyless entry system, so no need to worry about losing keys and allows for contactless checkin. There are TV's in all the bedrooms and a large 75" TV in the family room. The layout is open plan, so you can be in the kitchen and be with the rest of your group. The Florida room has a billiard table overlooking the pool. Master bedroom - 1 King bed, ensuite bathroom, TV and closets Bedroom # 2 - 1 King bed, TV & closets Bedroom #3 - 1 King Bed and 1 bunk bed (Queen over Queen), TV and en-suite bathroom, and closet Bedroom #4 - 1 King bed and a bunk bed (Double over Double) TV & closet Bedroom # 5 - 1 Queen bed, TV, dresser We have Washer & Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board, Pac & Play Crib with mattress and a high chair. The bathrooms have shampoo/bodywash & conditioner, hairdryers and are equipped with plenty of extra towels. The house can accommodate large groups and big families. We do have a set price per day, which averages out to a very reasonable daily rate for your stay. Our guests enjoy this spacious waterfront home with a heated pool, 2 waterslides, Tiki, full kitchen, cookware and utensils and plenty of amenities in a private setting, not having to share space with anyone else. We have high speed WiFi and all TV's have streaming services. We do not allow events with loud music at the property, we welcome families and groups looking to have a great time in Miami. Bachelor & Bachelorette groups are very welcome. Please be advised we have a Ring camera in the front outside of the property facing the driveway for security purposes. There are no other cameras anywhere else on the property. The home has parking in the driveway directly in front of the property. Guest access The door has a keyless entry pad with a designated code for your stay. The neighborhood is very walkable with a park at the end of the street. Uber and Lyft both service the area if you do not have a car. Other things to note There is an apartment on the side of the house. This is a separate space with its own entrance, own front door and parking. We have long term tenants who are familiar with Airbnb and have no access to the house or the private patio areas. We have a Ring camera at the front of the property in the driveway. there are no other cameras on the property. We have a Minut noise detector that will alert you if the noise level is becoming too loud, before it becomes an issue with the neighbors. Registration number STR-23922
