Other things to note Please be aware that during winter, the outside temperature drops significantly, causing the pools to cool off at night. therefore, it takes a few hours for the pool heater to heat it up to 85 degrees. It's a big volume of water, it cannot be expedited and we cannot control the weather. thank you for understanding You are welcome to use beach chairs and towels, beach umbrella, beach toys, drink cooler, blender, coffee maker, toaster, cooking and serving ware. Please use beach towels for the beach. This is a smoke-free property. Please, no smoking inside the house. We will consider small/medium size dogs depending on the breed on an individual basis with a pet fee $150 per pet under 45 pounds.
